Fiona Huang 黄惟瑾
Fiona brings a combination of management consulting and early-stage investment experience to DCM. She believes that "the best way to create value in the 21st century is to connect Creativity with Technology". With a focus on Consumer Internet, FinTech and Mobile Apps, she is keen to meet with entrepreneurs who have vision to change the way people live, and she hopes to add value to those startups through active management.
Prior to DCM, Fiona has participated in a variety of venture capital and growth equity investments in China's O2O, Marketplace and FinTech space when working at Sequoia Capital and Tencent Investment as an MBA summer associate. During that period, she sourced and screened new deals, performed due diligence, and generated insights to make investment decisions. Fiona has also interned in Warburg Pincus and FTV Capital New York office where she studied business software investment opportunities in the U.S. and European market. Fiona started her career as a management consultant in Roland Berger, the largest European consulting firm, with the concentration on strategic planning and cross-border investment.
Fiona is a Formula 1 enthusiast. She has visited Grand Prix Circuit in five different countries and was invited to Mercedes-AMG event in China to meet with the world-champion racer. She also loves adventure travel. In her recent trip to Jordan, she hiked and camped in Petra and the Wadi Rum desert for 3 days. On the weekends, she enjoys sketching and doing yoga for relaxation.
