About
Kyle is an entrepreneur and product guy at heart. At DCM, Kyle partners with ambitious entrepreneurs to scale their companies and focuses on B2B / SaaS, digital health, and technology enabled consumer subscription businesses. Kyle’s investments include Tempo, DocSend, Eaze, Lime, Fountain, TravelBank, Mendel.ai, Scanwell Health, Saga, Hims & Hers (NYSE: HIMS), Shift (Nasdaq: SFT), Wrike (Vista Equity) and Tapingo (Grubhub). Kyle also served as a board member for BitTorrent (Tron) and SavingStar (Quotient), and is actively involved with Matterport and UJET.
Prior to DCM, Kyle was the co-founder and CEO of ChoicePass, a work management SaaS company acquired by Salesforce. At Salesforce, Kyle served as Director of Product Management on the founding product team for Work.com (Salesforce's HR Cloud), growing the business to over 1,000 enterprise customers. He was also on the founding team of XcelDX, one of the earliest mobile-first digital health platforms enabling at-home diagnostics, and the predecessor to Scanwell Health. Kyle began his career as a private equity investor at Pantheon and Clearwater Capital, based in San Francisco and subsequently Hong Kong.
Kyle is an adventurer who loves traveling, snowboarding, and being out on the water. He's also passionate about personal fitness and wellness, and can often be found testing new apps, products and services in this area. Kyle serves on the external Board of Directors for UCSF's Health Hub. As a Cal football fan, he believes in patience and perseverance. Kyle is a graduate of UC Berkeley and Harvard Business School.
